You could add the following Notes fields to your fax document:

Notes Fields	Valid Value	Description
TransTime	"I", "S", "E", "D"	Enable you to take advantage of the lower telephone rates by scheduling fax transmission at Standard/Discount/Economy period. I - Immediate S - Standard E - Economy D - Discount
Specify	"1"	Set this to "1" to specify transmission on a particular date and time on/after which ExtraFax will send the fax automatically.
SpecificDate SpecificTime	Valid Date Value Valid Time Value	Specify both delivery date/time.
