Extrafax Installation Errors

If you are installing Extrafax and encounter one of the following errors:

Error 1:


This error occurs when you are trying to install Extrafax using an account with User Rights

Solution 1:
Login with an account with Administrator Rights and start the installation of ExtraFax again.


Error 2:

You are trying to install the ExtraFax client with Power User Rights. Power Users are not allow to modify/create/change the operating system settings.

Solution 2:
Login with an account with Administrator or Domain Admin rights to install the ExtraFax client on the machine.
