Extracomm and its partner Shireburn announce the new reporting product for Extrafax: Integra4ExtraFax
Integra for ExtraFax, a member of the Integra for Notes family of reporting solutions, is a separate Lotus Notes database developed in collaboration with Shireburn to provide reporting facilities for ExtraFax, a fax server for the Lotus Domino environment.
lntegra for ExtraFax enables you to analyse and report on the performance of your ExtraFax faxing infrastructure, allowing you to:
- assess the volume of incoming and outgoing fax traffic
- analyse outgoing fax volumes and costs by the senders’ department
- analyse who are the recipients and senders of faxes
- analyse the fax usage patterns for incoming and outgoing faxes by fax line
- analyse monthly and annual usage volume trends
- analyse transmission errors and failures by type
Analyse in Microsoft Excel™
Integra for ExtraFax
gathers data from your ExtraFax post office and generates reports into Microsoft Excel™ where the data is
presented including ready made Excel macros allowing grouping by various criteria. Graphs allow trends to be easily spotted.
