How to stop the tasks associated with SecurTrac
If you have a need to stop the tasks associated with SecurTracTM temporarily but you still want keep the program files for future use, you may de-activate SecurTracTM without un-installing the program files and reactivate SecurTrac at anytime.
How to De-activate SecurTrac
- Shut down the Domino server.
- Open the Notes.ini file and remark the following entry (put a ";" to the beginning of the line):
;EXTMGR_ADDINS=sctnmgr
- Update the ServerTasks entry and delete the word ",SecurTrac".
- Save the updated Notes.ini file settings.
- Start the Domino server. The SecurTrac add-in task will be de-activated.
How to Re-activate SecurTrac
- Shut down the Domino server.
- Open the Notes.ini file and enable the following entry:
EXTMGR_ADDINS=sctnmgr
- Update the ServerTasks entry and append the word ",SecurTrac".
- Save the updated Notes.ini file settings.
- Start the Domino server. The SecurTrac add-in task will be re-activated.
