Extracomm is extending Technical Support hours


New Support Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST (GMT-5) Monday - Friday

As you are most likely aware, all Extracomm software licensing now includes Maintenance for Year 1. To better meet the needs of our customers, Extracomm is pleased to announce that effective October 1, 2007, Extracomm will be extending the hours for telephone Technical Support. Our new Support hours will be from 7: 00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (GMT -5) Monday - Friday. This will offer our customers who work in different time zones easier contact via telephone to Technical Support. You may also continue to send Technical Support requests to us via e-mail to support@extracomm.com.

**Please Note: All customers are required to provide their Company Name and their unique Maintenance Reference Number to receive support. Our support staff will verify this information when an email inquiry or phone call is placed for technical support. All Maintenance contracts are renewed on an annual basis. If you have misplaced your Maintenance Reference Number, please let us know at Maintenance@extracomm.com.
